I can't see a thread so I've started one, mainly to ask a simple question -- but it may as well begin here, too.
I'm considering taking the children for Saturday's racing -- there's a spring race to enjoy, costs are lower, crowds may be fewer and getting in and out may not be susceptible to Sunday's congestion levels.
Do ticket prices tend to increase closer to the date? At the moment it's £86 for three (one adult, one half price and one free), a brochure 'voucher' and parking... the alternative would be to wait closer to the date and check the weather forecast prior to committing.
