Intercom suggestions

Hi all,
Just bought a new bike after years of not riding.
I'm keen to plan some rides, and will be planning on getting this:
https://www.ottocast.com/products/motorcycle-wirel...
I use apple carplay in the car and like the format, and having everything on the screen works for me.
Now, I'd like an intercom, so if anyone calls I can answer (or at least pull over and answer without removing helmet etc - or control sat nav - change music etc etc
Gunna go for these for the hearing side of things:

anyone able to recommend the speech side of things (mic) that all this can plug into?
I don't tend to have GPS notifications turned on, just having the map is handy so not too fussed about hearing the sat nav

We went for the Cardo Slimtalk. One of the units had to be replaced as it insited on switching the radio on constantly and the range between the two units was appaling. The replacement came towards the end of last year so we've only had one outing with them so far. It seemed fine - no silly radio interruptions, clear and consise comms but I don't for one minute believe the crazy range capabilities they boast of.
