MotoGP Valencia - Title decider
Discussion
You would have to think its Peccos to throw away.
A reasonable qualifying is good enough, get through the first corner unscathed and then settle in to a pace that is within his comfort zone.
The ducati has been very reliable all year also.
I'm happy to see ducati win the title but feel for Fabio, for him to be where he is on what looks like inferior machinery is a testament to him.

Pecco definitely taking a steady approach at this stage ...
Luca has found pace towards the season end and Enea struggling a bit ...
Would love to see a Miller / Pecco one two for the last round, be good to see Pecco take the title and Jack leave on a win .... think its a hsame he is leaving Ducati

Pecco to get knocked off at the first corner by Bastiannini. Marc takes the win from Fabio. Lots of cries about the dangerous rider and rumours of him joining Ducati for '24.
More likely to be by Jorge Martin who is still sore about not getting the factory ride and rumours already circulating around him about Yamaha.Truth is before the decision Enea was better than him, and has been after the decision.

Agreed - I think of Martin as faster over a lap, Enea faster over race distance. No idea what will happen this weekend, rooting for Ogura for Moto2, Pecco looks like he has it, and deserves it.
Pecco has most to lose going into this. He's ahead, has been winning, he has the best bike, he has all his Ducati wing men, but more to think about defending that lead/worrying about how fast he needs to go. He's got to stay calm in that garage (Tardozzi and co look on edge!).
Fabio just needs to win. That's all he can do.
Both have cracked in the past. It's going to be interesting.

I like Pecco, so I’m all for Pecco this weekend.

Why on earth would he go to Yamaha though ? ($$$)

They all have their eyes on Morbidelli's problems and the money Yamaha would throw at a rider to match Fabio and all the egos say they can do what Fabio can do on the Yamaha.I like Pecco, so I’m all for Pecco this weekend.
Come on guys - what’s going to happen is obvious.
Marquez is going to skittle 5 guys on the opening lap, before retiring from the race. Fabio will win with Aleix second and Cal grabbing a final career podium.
Until Cal comes back next year following Morbidelli’s early retirement.
Tardozzi’s melt down will end in pitlane fisticuffs with Alberto Puig.

I don't know why but I've just got a feeling that it might not be as straight forward as it should be, Pecco has made mistakes before and he's not only got the weight of his own aspirations on his shoulders but the whole of Italy and Ducati too.
It only takes someone to skittle him or him to fall off by riding tight and or falling down the order, then we could be watching the rest of the ducatis fighting with Fabio to win it for him!
I think Pecco is likely to find a gap and sit in it, depends how that works out for him, sometimes it's safer to just crack on and push forward.
