New set of Striples for next year: R, RS, RS Moto2

R now has Brembo M4.32s, adjustable Showa suspension (compression and rebound fork) front and rear, 188kg wet, more aggressive geo over last year's model, up and down QS.

RS adds Ohlins remote res rear shock, Brembo Stylemas and MCS radial master cylinder, more aggressive geo over the R, and adjustable preload on the front.

RS Moto2 adds a bunch of gucci carbon bits, Ohlins front shock, clip-ons, slightly more aggressive geo again, limited run of 765 of 2 colours.

Also sounds like they've gone to town on clever electronics as well. They look great, but more vivid colours would be nice.

These look fantastic, especially the red RS. Great spec, updated engine to address the relative lack of torque in comparison with the 890R, MT09 SP etc and the finish and looks are very promising. I'm sitting on my hands over my potential MT09 SP order till I've seen and ridden the RS model, very impressed with Triumph on this one!

The seating position on that RS looks rather aggressive. I was surprised at how relaxed the MT09SP was.

Good point, that was one of the things that appealed to me with the MT09, very relaxed position for all day riding etc.

From the info provided it sounds like you can remove the link above the rear shock of the RS to get the R’s geometry and seat height. I’m liking the race derived engine / tech.

They certainly are desirable machines. The cherry on the cake would be if they brought production back to the UK.

It's seriously tempting me back onto a Street RS again. Especially the Moto version. I sold my RS back end of 21 and moved onto a RSV4 Factory. But man these new bikes look good. And slightly more useable

I wonder how much of the changes, particularly the geometry, are coming from feedback from teams racing them in Supersport.

Love the colour of the yellow moto 2, but i doubt I'd get on with the clip on's for road riding.
Guess it wouldn't be that big of a deal to retro fit the RS handle bars though
