Basically 30litres each that has sturdy eyelets that I can use to mount onto pannier racks with straps.

Plenty of drybags out there but what do you use and experiences of such?

I have one of these, I love it as it’s useful with or without the bike.

Not sure how good it is on a side pannier though

They also make these:
https://www.lomo.co.uk/products/motorcycle-adventu...

Which you can easily attach to pannier framework.

Northcore Dry Bag - 20L https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QNLT35N?ref=ppx_pop...

I used these for exactly that use for a trip to France - had a proper downpour and they were top!

I also had a 150lt Lomo which was good too

Sounds like you’ll be fine

When you say pannier racks, are you talking about those on top of the panniers or those that the panniers mount onto?
