Long-shot - finding an old Z650 - LTL 5V

More than 40 years ago, I owned a Z650 - registration LTL 5V - it was only five years old at the time and was by far the best bike I'd ever had up to that point (previous bike was a Dyson KH250 - remember them?). While reminiscing and wasting a couple of hours when I should have been working, I found that the Z650 is SORNED and the last logbook change was late last year.

So - someone still has it - are there any ways to find the owner? I'd love to buy it back....
