Wondered if Redding might sneak the win at one point - still, great to see him on the podium and great battle with Rea. Assume Johnny decided that it wasn’t worth the risk of fighting with Scott at that point.

When Ducati sent the engineer over to bsb the year redding rode was that just to get redding to win or to gather data to feed back to the wsbk team?

Wonder if bmw are considered it ?

Amazing thing in the supersport race with that big pileup and Aguerter flopping down onto the ground playing injured!

WTF?

I did wonder how he went from flopping around in the gravel to walking back to the pits.

Does he think this is football?

I think that to most normal people that is called cheating

It was so obvious what he was doing.
When the cameras were on him, both my wife and I said, "he's faking it it for the red flag"!
Cheating is exactly the right word for it, AFAIC!

What about the actual racing .

The racing was epic...... slightly boring 2nd race as it strung out rather than a fisty cuffs every corner. Ageter got his just deserts, quite rightly and will have 40 days summer break to think on that decision.

The level of skill on display is off the charts this year.

yes

At the start, I expected #19 to just bugger off into the distance. But fair play to Rea and Toprak, they're making a proper Championship of it. I mean was it about a month ago that Toprak was well over 70 points behind Bautista?

Fairly obvious Yamaha have found something that has given Toprak his pace back, he rode cleverly, there, tried to fight, knew it was not coming, looked like he settled behind Alvaro a bit, then realised the Duke was losing speed and just buggered off, set some amazing laps at the end.

Glad to see Laverty retiring, he has done nothing for a long time now, and the rides needs to go to someone new.

The rider can go to someone new but it'll just be a different name making up the numbers and paying for the seat.

Currently the must see series. Motogp races have become a bit stale now. Highlight of the day is usually the Moto3 race.

Great racing. The last SBK race was incredible, advantages and disadvantages being displayed from all 3 throughout the race. Was really tough for Johnny & Kawasaki.. he rode the wheels off that ZX10RR!

Those 3 are incredible. Lap after lap and no moaning, just getting on with it. Redding gets involved and gets arsey. Maybe JR, TR and AB are numb to it now.

Still cant work out how Toprak ever makes an apex. He's brilliant.

He is showing intelligence and thinking too, he planned that second race win very well, thumped in a few lap records on old tyres, bloody excellent.

I di think that Duke needs pegging back a bit though, it is ridiculous on the straights.

There was a point in the last race where rea out braked toprak into turn 1 and i thought he'd finally cracked him but seemingly not .
