Since you don’t need a driving licence to race, how can it affect his race licence?

I imagine that the view that Ducati and their sponsors take on this will be the deciding factor as to whether he still has a factory team ride ....

Aren't the press great..."French MotoGP rider 'Pecco' Bagnaia"... I bet Ducati are glad it's not their Italian rider....

Correct, at worst he'll get a road license ban in Spain and a fine, won't affect his race license. I'm sure the media will hound him at Silverstone though.

Interesting to see how this plays out. Not sure of the legality of it all but the PR side will be interesting.

How does the Spanish limit relate to the UK limit?

not just a bit over the limit, or having one beer is it. that's a fair bit over. Not ideal. Couldn't he afford a taxi ffs?

It’s obligatory to be pissed in Ibiza in some forms of transport, so it’s s shame he never took the 14 year old scooter

Bit of an oversight for a guy in such a lofty position, but we all seem to forget thee lads are very young, and have been bee bound by all sorts of stuff since they were in their early teens. I would expect Ducati internally to rollock him, maybe fine him, but that's about it, I am sure Ezpleta will be furious!
