MotoGP Le Mans (Spoilers)

MotoGP FP1, the two most at risk riders top the time sheets.
Pol (ride in danger from Mir) and Rins (where could he go?)

Rins could end up a number of places. Dovi is clearly going to chuck it at the end of the season, and there are rumours that team will run two satellite Aprilias. I can also see Morbidelli being eased over to VR46 Yamaha.
Rins was like Vinales at one time, the great white hope, but it's never really happened for him.

Race looks to be between the same three as last time, Marc and Rins also look to have decent race pace.
Not sure about '23, I think Yamaha should be chasing Mir, but then they have the issue over a satellite team to resolve, rather of their own making too. If they can't get Mir I don't believe they should drop Frankie for Rins, and if they can't make a bike work for Frankie and Dovi then they can't be the most tempting team.
Going into HRC is a pressure cooker that could break a career: it was alright for Pol, everyone just expected him to do his best and not measure up to Marquez, but visibily do his damndest to get there. For Mir he's going to need assurances over support.
Ducati have created their own rider problems, but in a good way! Whatever happens they're proven they have now three consistent teams capable of winning races, so they need to ensure the best riders have GP23's and right now that's Pecco followed by a four way fight; Bezzechi could be knocking on that door by the end of the year too.
As much as they're playing it down, Dorna should be looking at how to retain Suzuki; I think the answer lies in MotoE and the long term plan for GP rules in general, which I'm not convinced anyone has thought that seriously about.
If Suzuki does go, which looks likely, please can we have an Aprillia satellite team? I really don't want to see another Ducati team, too many as it is.
Here's hoping dodgy campsite internet connection lets us stream the race; if not, enjoy the race!

Enjoyed Moto3, Sasaki's move at the end had us cheering, but he was never beating Masia on the brakes who looked strong at every entry; Sasaki looked great on corner entry though, very good fight between them. A more difficult round for Ogden, but decent return from John considering the length of his layoff.
Moto2 was a strung out yawn for the most part, Acosta deciding to leap off whilst pulling away at the front did the race no favours. The fight between Canet, Cam and Chantra was interesting, was even better once the footage editors woke up and switched to them.
MotoGP was entertaining enough, Bastianini looking his usual smooth, composed self putting pressure on the factory boys and rattling Pecco who I suspect was the victim of dirty tyres, losing a certain podium. Expected a little more from Fabio but 4th on a not so good day is solid for the championship; another podium for Aleix and another race where Maverick was barely on camera.
