Not good to lose another manufacturer from the grid, but Suzuki have done this before.

Mir to Yamaha?

Why would they do this...?!

They're leading the championship, are signed up until 2026 and have just signed Livio Suppo. Makes no sense unless they're financially in the st due to the last 2 years...?

With Mir and Rins looking for rides I suspect we might see some underperforming riders start to pull out some special contract keeping weekends, also known as the Elias phenomena.

A Marquez, Nakagami, Morbidelli, P Espargaro, Vinales.

Supposedly he's going to Honda in place of Espargaro. Leaves Rins really exposed though. They signed up until 2026 with Dorna only last year. I wonder if there's any financial penalty attached?

Any chance they’re playing hardball given they’ve no satellite team and Ducati run half the grid?

I don't think they've ever truly wanted a satellite team otherwise they would have had one by now.

That Pol's time in GP done then, can't see him getting another ride.

Although I said Mir to Yamaha, I suppose Rins' riding style could suit it a la Lorenzo.

I wonder if another team will join like Aspar or Pons coming back, maybe given some financial incentive from Dorna to keep the grid numbers up.

Wow. That's just exploded the riders market, feel bad for Mir and Rins. There's got to be several riders on the grid sweating now.

I hope we don't end up with another two Ducati's on the grid.

I don’t think there’s any chance of that

If we do, then it may as well be a single make series, as I can see the others quitting too.

I think we'll see a satalite Aprilia team on the grid. With the losing concessions they will need some more bikes to develop parts on.

I could see Rins being put in place of Aleix or Maverick. Mir will be going to Repsol Honda.

The first bit is a good call, but the bit about Aleut being replaced. That’s got to be a typo.

Thats rubbish news.

Begs the question what are Suzuki going to do next? Proper go at WSBK? Spicy new GSXR-RRR?

Aleix has hinted that he isn't happy with the terms being offered to him. Aprilia now have a race winning bike which any top class rider looking for a bike would be happy to be on.

If somebody rather special or Italian becomes available I wouldn't be surprised to see Aleix out. They will want a proven consistent race winner on the bike if one becomes available.

Edit, consistent is maybe not the correct word for Rins, but he has a better record than Aleix. Possibly him or Bastianini.

It’s just a stand off at the moment. Better for Aprilia to stick with rider who developed the bike than someone who may want it changing to his style.

Bastia mini is at the stat of his career and in the Ducati franchise which is a far better option

I’m assuming that’s share price which has no actual bearing on where the company is financially. Just on where the investors hoped it would be.

Actual revenue, profit figures look decent compared to previous years

Yes, share price, shareholders then not happy with their dividends?
