Anyone using a Sena 3S Plus headset?

As title suggests, looking for experience of anyone who has (or had) a Sena S3 Plus and specifically experience using it for phone calls via bluetooth.

Having just installed mine I only get sound through the right speaker on phone calls but it plays music in stereo, so I want to know whether the one-ear-only phone sound is a "feature" or a fault of my unit. Having spent quite some time installing it I'm hoping to not have to return it. Guess I *could* live with mono sound but would prefer not to if sound should be available through both speakers.

Online instruction manual and reviews that I can find shed no light on this.

I have a 3s and phone calls come through both speakers in mine. Perhaps try deleting all pairings and start again. I think you hold the + button for 10secs to get the option to delete all pairings
