I may have an overnight battery drain on my Daytona 600. I've noticed that when connecting the battery the relays for the front lights both do a single click. They also do this when removing and refitting the headlight fuse.

I've not noticed this before but would you expect power to be sent to the relays when the bike is turned off, key out, and no lights are on?

Things go click when I connect the battery on my car.

It means very little.
Unless the lights are coming on and staying on, I suspect the electronics are just glitching as they boot up, it tells you nothing about drain beyond the first few seconds.

I would connect the battery via an ammeter. See what the drain is after a few minutes, an hour , few hours. Maybe pull the relays out and see if the drain reduces?

Unfortunately I have no idea what the drain should be, but if you measure it after a known period, you an either see if it's ridiculous, or have a solid question to ask a man who knows your model of bike.

If the actual issue you have is the battery going flat, check it's fully charged to start with, then run something like a headlight bulb for a while and see how the volts drop. sometimes batteries lose an incredible amount of capacity yet still start the vehicle.
