Race bike rear spring rate.......
Discussion
Hi all,
I need to sort the spring rate on my race bike but it looks like if I continue on my current weight loss trajectory at 110kg now and aiming for 92/93kg in next couple months (yes I am a big b*stard), I am going to end up falling in between two spring rates or worse, below the spring rate most suitable for me now:
Looking at an 875 or 850
First race of the year is mid April and thoughts are if I run a spring too stiff then I am going to struggle to set the sag etc so should maybe go for the lighter one now to cover me for the rest of the year? Shock is a Nitron R1 and table was given to me by one of Nitrons technicians.
Any useful advice?
Cheers
