Shakey is to do the bike content on Jonny Smith’s The late brake show.

Good result I'd say, they both make an entertaining pair and you can't argue with Shakey's knowledge!

The rest of the late brake show content is superbly high quality, hopefully the same will follow

I like Jonny Smith, the late brake show is good, the shakey interview was good so maybe some bike content to watch on his show now.

I agree. A great channel overall, some bike content should make it even better.

I welcome it but am surprised as there didn’t seem to be much rapport in the interview.

They're chalk and cheese. Shakey knows what he's talking about, and has some interesting stories. Jonny, not so much.

Gives him more time for those long winded car brochure things he puts up. Had to fast forward that boring morgan 3 wheeler thing he just did.
If you saw it all the batteries must be flat in your remote.

I think he knows a lot more than he lets on, he tends to try not to over complicate for his audience, a sizeable chunk of whom are noobs to biking for example...

I saw this and then watched Fast Bikes Mach2 on youtube, a trip down memory lane for sure!

Maybe he does, but his delivery is pretty dull.

Well,I have just watched Shakey’s first stab at a bike review, the Ariel Ace.
I much prefered his style to that of 44 teeth,he was more mature and aiming at a more mature viewer. He still has that naughty streak which I liked in the old Fast Bikes vids but he didn’t pull any 5th gear mingers ,there is plenty of time!

Didn't Shakey complain that one of the bikes wouldn't go into 5th gear on the back wheel. Bleedin lightweight smile

Donuts on a public road?

Rev-limiter wheelspinny launches?

"That was 60, honest officer!"

Nice way to treat loaners from the factory. I'm sure they can't wait to invite him back.

Nope, I'm clearly too old to watch people like him.

I really enjoyed that. I think the pair have good chemistry and I'm not too young for tomfoolery cool

Although I think Shaky will get into trouble from the thought police if he rides that fast on a public road! I'm pretty sure I heard him hit the rev limiter in a least the first 3 gears, which would be well into 3 figure speeds/jail......

Oh god yeah it won't be long will it. I also jumped on YouTube and watched one of the old Fast Bikes videos. They were travelling to France on an R1, Hayabusa, Blackbird and ZZR1100 absolutely spanking them down the motorways in the middle of the day. How times have changed!
