Michelin Anakee wild on enduro bike?

I’ve recently moved from an area with lots of byways to one with almost none, but lots of really narrow tight roads (the type with grass growing up the middle!
The Multistrada is overkill for these roads, and the ktm 250 excf isn’t great on enduro knobblies, so I’m contemplating fitting a set of these to some spare rims, anybody have any experience of these or similar on a lightweight bike?
