I’m getting annoyed now.

Never in my life has plug and play, plugged and played 😂

Bike: Suzuki GSR 750 2012
Healtech IQSE

Downloaded the app on my iPhone
Installed the quickshifter

Sensor on gear lever
Earth mounted under the seat
Connected up to the coils (no specific order but all correct I believe)
Iqse box has the green light on it

Bike starts and runs

Connected to the app and it asks about 100 times for me to enter the pin which I do, it disconnects now and again

I go through the set up and I’m getting the gear sensor working but there’s part of the set up where it asked you to press this button on the app to cut the engine and it’s just not doing it.

Any ideas people?

With the day I’ve had I’ve probably missed out something simple but I’m open to all ideas.

Thanks

I had one on a gsxr 750. Setup was fine for me.

I’m assuming you’ve connected ok via Bluetooth. Can you see the revs real time?

If I remember correctly the engine cut check is to make sure the ignition bypass is correctly wired.

If all else fails give them a call. Despite being in Hungry, I think, they were really helpful.

Thanks mate

Yep it’s connecting OK ish, keeps asking for a pin

Yep can see the revs no problem.

I had the bike on the stand and when I’ll through the gears without the clutch and the engine didn’t cut.

What way did you connect it to the coils, silly question but like I say the way my heads been working today I’ve probably messed something up.

I think the coils were obvious by the cable lengths but I don’t think the order should really matter anyway.

There is a set point for the minimum revs for ignition cut so you may be below that when you’ve been testing it on the stand.

I think when I installed mine there was an option for a pin so that someone else with the app couldn’t mess with your settings if in Bluetooth range but you didn’t have to set one.

The best advice I can give is to spend some time with the app to see what you can change etc.

I remember updating the firmware on the module on the bike by connecting it to a laptop via usb with the healtech software on the laptop managing the update.

To be fair I was impressed with the interface and app at the time so think you’ll get it working without too much bother.

Cant really help but i have a healtech qs on my 2013 gsxr750. In 4 years it has been faultless and the app has been very good to adjust settings in real time with bluetooth. My only advice is to make the shift times slightly longer as if they are to short at low revs they will eventually damage the gearbox.

Still no further forward

It’s connecting to the app occasionally with a generic pin

Below is the wiring

All the plugs have the same colour bar this one with the red squares.

Can find anything online or in the instructions about it at all

I think I’ve got it working now.

Only issue is on set up in the app it’s says “press this button to test engine cut” it’s does nothing

Went a wee ride and it’s upshifting pretty smooth without the clutch and it’s cutting the engine by the sound of it.

I think happy days 😂
