I'm tempted to buy one as my first modular helmet for touring duties. Tried it on in a bike shop a while ago and it seemed comfortable.
Reviews all seem positive.
Has anyone here bought one and how are you getting along with it ?

Cheers

Been using one in for last 9 years in 3 different versions. My go to helmet for daily riding and touring. The current model is the best yet from fit, weight and features. Wears really well, I just remove and wash the lining from time to time. The Shark intercoms is good too if you need one its always cheaper to buy with the helmet and save the vat (no tax on helmet sales)

Excellent all round flexible solution. Very comfortable & versatile. I use one on general riding duties & then have full face helmet for more focused stuff.

I've got an EVO ES (the one without the pinlock, due to the compatibilty issues), and like it a lot, apart from it does fog up a bit in the rain, despite a "high tech anti fog coating"... So the new GT model which claims to have full pinlock compatibility ought to be great.

Its just a case of choosing a colour scheme now, matt black for £250, gloss black for £350, or full graphics schemes at £370. (Sports bike shop)

Seems a lot of extra cash for some nice graphics on the same helmet frown

Just an update on this thread I started.

I finally bought the Shark Evo GT, and used it 1st time Saturday for about a 250 mile ride. What can I say apart from its excellent !
Very comfortable and the extra weight is soon forgotten/not noticed when your wearing it. Built in sun visor, which I thought was a bit gimmicky actually works very well too.

With the hot weather I had the chin bar up most of time, only putting it down for higher speed A roads and motorways.
No noiser than the Shoei XR1100 full face it replaced. The lining feels smoother than the Shoei and I didn't get any scalp itch all day.

Only grip, if you lift the visor up 1 click for some fresh air and then your speed gets to say 40mph or more the wind pressure snaps it closed. Not sure if that can be adjusted to stop that ? Open it 2 to 3 clicks and it stays open.

Got a great deal from the Sports Bike Shop, they matched the XLmoto online price cool
