Buying from Motocard
Discussion
I've recently bought a jacket through them for £140, the best price I'd found in the UK was £280! Unfortunately duty was charged and UPS wanted their pound of flesh as well so ultimately the jacket set me back £210. I'm happy enough about that but would have delighted not to have paid the duty.
One other thing to be wary of is returns. As far as I can tell you won't be able to get a refund on duty paid in the UK and you may have duty to pay in Europe as well.
I've also bought a new helmet from Chromeburner in NL. No duty payable as it's safety equipment so I saved a huge chunk of money.

I cant say about Motocard. I bought some gloves from FC Moto in Germany and that transaction went smoothly - No customs duty paid and a about 10 days delivery.
I bought some Brembo discs and pads from an Ebay seller in Italy. I had to pay the agent (DHL) the duty. Never the less there were no issues and end to end the deal was 14 days which was nice :-)
