Honda C70 restoration
Discussion
Honda H 9360 key brings some instant results, like this one :
https://www.ebay.com/itm/202093991845
Some dealers have bought huge stocks of old keys and sell them, I have bought one for my ST70, all OK.

It IS yellow ! Do you know the name of that colour ?
Don't quote me, but it may have been something like bright yellow.I had 4 C70's at one time or another, they were all yellow. At the time i thought it was the only colour they came in!

For the key, check out ebay UK, there are suppliers in US that ship to UK,
I had my ST70 extra key sent over from the US, worked well, I wanted that antique "Honda Wing" on the key.
For the VIN, check out the headstock of the frame, sometimes it is located there.
Or try to take off the paint in the circled area, maybe it has been massively oversprayed ?
Is the type plaque on the left frame side, outside under tank, missing ?
For the year, RS paint (UK) suggests "poppy yellow metallic" as only color option.
On RH paint (GER) there is an enquiry form where you can enter your bike data and they will show a choice of OEM colors,
don´t know if you need a VIN for that first.
