I have used RK Leighton for classic bike seat rebuilds, however they are based in Walsall. They've always done a good job on the seats I've had rebuilt.

+1 on both Eric at Trimmania and Richard Geater at Geater / TTS. Our company buys and sells niche vehicles that often need a bit of trim work and we use both of them depending on how wedged with work each one is. https://www.trimmania.com/

Both ride / work on bikes as well as their normal work fayre of Bugattis, Bentleys etc.
Personally I’d start off with Eric at Trimmania - it’s a bit harder to find 1st time (just off Nine Mile Ride) & be prepared to get scowled at initially because he’s a miserable sod on the surface. Richard’s shop in Thatcham much easier to find but might be pricier.
