This game (graphics) looks amazing. I’ve never really been too bothered for racing games but this looks as good as I’ve ever seen.

Surely bikes don’t corner quite that well in the wet !?

Is it the graphics or the physics you’re questioning? smile

Watch some Irish road racing for unbelievable wet weather bike skills on narrow very fast roads with really tight corners.

In real life there is also a lot of spray too, especially in the pack, but those graphics are absolutely stunning.

Looks awesome smile ... im always amazed at how much grip they find in the wet when you watch the road races or MotoGP. I guess they are on race wet tyres, but its still mind boggling.

It’s all about belief really. I am rubbish at road riding in wet or greasy conditions because I had a biggish crash once lowsiding in the wet, which damaged my trust in the bikes capabilities. I also had a huge tankslapper when the rear wheel span up on a cold wet road nearly putting me into the side of the car I was overtaking.

I would like to try wet weather tyres on a track or open area so I could see how far you could push it preferably on an old nail of a bike I don’t mind binning too much.

It’s a good looking game, but that’s footage from the replay (where they can tart up the graphics a bit). Have a look at the actual in game footage and while it’s still pretty it’s much flatter.

I have this game on PS5 and the graphics are fantastic. The rain effects as the drops hit the track are especially good

Very difficult game though for a casual gamer like me, it has taken me quite a few hours to start getting the hang of the controls

I'm still trying to get a PS5! Hoping to get before xmas as its my boys 19th

I'll definitely be getting this. I've not personally played a PS since about 2017 when I bought Ride 2 to learn Nurburgring

I wonder if bike games would feel better if they added counter steering. Though that would probably make them even more difficult.

The graphics on that are very uncanny valley.

Holy st, its been 20 years since i owned a play station. I remember treating myself for Christmas. I spent months trying to work out puzzles on Tomb radar.
I have to confess to seeing the lads call of duty games and wondering how the hell they can have a complete living Eco system and what seems like Ai intelligence within the visual screen , totally beyond my comprehension .

Even though its been 20 years for me there's still a big problem with motor racing feel, cars i guess have become a little better ( maybe) but regardless of how good that looks its got to be wk on the physics side of thing.

L2 and R2 make it much easier to be progressive on the throttle and brake, I can't imaging trying to use buttons for stop and go! it would be a literal car crash, the actual physics of the game aren't bad at all and the bikes do handle fairly realistically, you have to use the chase view as anything else is almost impossible, whilst the onboard view looks great you'll never get the hang of it, its worth persevering with and is a great game, don't expect to be able to jump on to a superbike and master it immediately though, and have all the assists turned on until you get used to it, the Speed Triple and RSV4 sound fantastic in the game.
