Zarco rode an '81 900SS from home in the south of France over to Aragon: https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/986867/1/johann-...

And it appears he made it. What are your thoughts and tips on this round?

900 SSD (supersport darmah) a slightly more relaxed riding position than a pure 900ss and in many ways a rarer bike but not as pricey. 900ss are silly stupid money, 900ssd only vaguely stupid money. I am very very envious!

Crutchlow might want to continue, 3rd in FP2 today, Quartararo 7th.

Good to see Cal high up the grid, sad to see Rossi so far back.

Interesting how they are gushing about vinales when he’s circulating about pretty much where savadori, redding, smith and co all managed.
And how much quicker than Dixon on slowest bike on grid, with half the time on it and new time in big class?

I can’t see him being there next year tbh.

He looked rough as fook, and heard commentators saying how rough he looked! Some good Twitter comments, one guy asking if he went via Chernobyl!? laughlaugh

Awesome day for Cal, as predicted MV nowhere. Early doors so I’ll not be too harsh on the poor chap. Looks like the perfect antidote to the last race.

You gotta think that 1:47'317'' from Taka is the threshold for Q2 in which case there's a lot of time to be found this morning.

Blistering pace this morning then! For a "bogey" track Fabio is looking damn good, well impressed by Cal as well. Aleix & Mir both look great and Bestia did outstandingly well to get a two year old bike into Q2.

Looks like a feisty race tomorrow! biggrin

It was absolutely glorious at the circuit today - such an incredible location to watch motorsport.

Spain is nice and easy now for double vaccinated.

We were there yesterday and today, didn’t bear any other brits.

Newbies report, Dixon just 0.3 off his team mate Rossi in qualifying (0.5s off Crutchlow). McPhee not last in Moto2, 3 behind him.

We are here as well. Me and a mate have just got here. Have not seen another Brit yet through all of our 5000 mile trip. Currently down in the saloon bar so thought I’d check on here and see if anyone was down here!

I'd been thinking all race that not all of the front group would make it to the end. Acosta's first crash out too.

Acosta's face after Garcia came off hehe

Garcia will be gutted after that. Oh well, so much for my hopes of the championship closing up. Artegas was really unlucky, best ride of his that I can recall.
