Bike Techs South Wales

A good friend of mine has just bought a garage find from a neighbour, pretty sure it’s a late nineties Ducati 900ss with 1400 miles on it, I can’t remember the exact year sorry.
Has been dry stored all its life and is in very good condition externally.
He wants to recommission it, so will needs the belts doing and carbs stripped etc.
Just wondered does anyone know a good tech in the South Wales area preferably that would know a Ducati or would any bike tech be able to cope with it?

You are always better off with a specialist as they know usual problems and can do the job quicker you'd probably get a better response on either a Ducati forum or a Welsh forum - probably on FB
