I`ve owned a few Super-nakeds over the last few years, but having seen a lovely, clean Repsol Honda Fireblade come up for sale this week, and always wanted one, I decided to swap-in my KTM Superduke 1290R for the `Blade.
I`ve picked it up this afternoon, and although it was p*ssing down with rain, and I couldn`t open it up going home, I expected to find the riding position far more radical again, than it actually felt.

Anyone else done the same recently; gone back to a Superbike from a naked ?

Yep, you'll miss the torque, engine breaking, comfort, effort, and notice aching wrists and sore bum. But, when you return to a super naked you'll appreciate it more.

What year Blade have you gone for? I keep looking at them lately.

I've never really looked at supernakeds as I think I would miss the wind protection a fairing offers, and generally don't like the styling

You can’t really go wrong with a Repsol Fireblade. Trumps all Naked’s, Super or Otherwise.
