I just wondered if anyone has any experience of these as they look ideal for my garage (scroll down the page to see videos):

https://www.pandoraabox.com/products/multi-directi...

I really can't find much about them in terms of reviews and there doesn't appear to be any mention on here.

Is it a case of too good to be true or are they just new?

Oh, and I do have a smooth garage floor smile

Any views much appreciated.

Cheers

In general those stands look excellent, and a great solution to garage faff... But I suspect that's a scam and you either won't get anything, or something so crap it's unusable for even a light 125.

I've had these crop up on faceache for the last few days, however any company that uses a Gmail address to "contact us" is a company I'd be avoiding like the plague.

Shame really as they look great.

This company appears to be the real deal, and the prices shown are far greater than the faceache ad's

I found the one below on Amazon, not quite the same, but still moveable.

Yeah, the dynamoto company is the real thing. There's a post on their facebook page about the pandoraabox thing: https://www.facebook.com/dynamotoofficial

The Dynamoto ones are quite expensive but those pandoraabox knockoffs seem a bit too cheap. The secret is those omni-directional wheels, which aren't cheap on their own, but you might be able to retrofit them onto an existing stand.

It's a clever design, but you would need a very level, hard floor for those tiny bead things to move smoothly.

I wouldn't trust this particular vendor further than I could spit a Labrador. The whole site screams 'scam'. It's operated from a flimsy gmail account, and Google shows them 'selling' all sorts of crap. So the claim that this is their own patented product is plainly a lie. They've copied images and text from the Dynamoto site. There's no physical address or company information, and their "returns policy" is DAF. You might receive a nasty Chinese knock-off, or you might receive nothing at all.

These pandorabox constands are a total rip-off DON’T touch them with a barge pole. I bought them and only received one part that you couldn’t safely move a matchbox toy on. I’m boycotting anything coming from China from now on. Thieves. While l’m on please also don’t buy any products from Domio Sports in Canada. I paid $200 for a helmet music player back in January. Still waiting for delivery.
