Mental full lap footage from the chin cam of Peter Hickman on a demo lap of the HP4.

Absolutely incredible video. Some parts are seriously frightening then you remember it was a only a demo lap too! hehe
The part through Kirk Michael at 9mins 50ish is crazy!

The chin mount certainly gives a great perspective but I prefer the Rutter Panigale video which I can't describe in words. Its got to be the best bike footage ever.

I remember watching the original video of that lap on my PC during my lunch break at one of our clients sites.

Headphones in, volume cranked up, leant forward on my desk engrossed in the lap.
When it finished I had about half a dozen or so non bike people crowded behind me watching over my shoulder who pretty much all went 'F**************ck' in unison.

That screen mounted GoPro is a bit off putting, and that low sun, no thanks.

The Rutter videos, part 1 https://youtu.be/OYaSG_IoAXk with a speedo showing, in MPH! Wow. Balls.

Just watched it, amazing especially against that low sun.
Also watched the one with Rutter on the Panigale but to tell the truth the camera view made it look like a video game.

2017 was the last TT I went to and I remember watching him come through Crosby crossroads at daft speed into the sun delaying my departure back to the pub in Douglas - I didn’t mind too much!

I was there for practice week and they did it a couple of times after evening session. I seem to remember the bike had a two foot high aerial / boom on the back with a 360’ camera set up on top of it on a few runs and occasionally two bikes came round in close formation , not sure who the other rider was.

The first time I saw the TT I stood on the footpath outside the bank in Kirkmichael. I was pretty surprised with how on edge the bikes were as they passed about two feet away from me.

First I ever went to was 2019, me and my 2 young boys. Best trip I have ever been on. Bring on 2022 hopefully!

The sun can be horrendous. We go out for practice at that time most nights. It's worst coming out of the dark section under the trees then in to bright sunlight.

What strikes me is the sheer brutality and violence and that would magnified actually riding the bike.
The amount of time the front wheel spends off the ground is also very impressive.
He must cart his bks around in a wheelbarrow.

It's also interesting how quickly the bike seems to accelerate and how the brake distances seem very long in comparison.
