I spray everything apart from brake discs, tyres, seat and grips.

I also take the seat and tank off to get into all those bits.

Don't use too much! less is more with that product.

Nothing new here to add, but I am testing ACF-50 vs XCP, vs Ammo Pro's new corrosion protector soon.

ACF is good, but it does need topping up.

I apply it with a spray gun and compressor and then a soaked rag.

I applied some to my rusting (apparently galvanised...) ABS ring on front wheel. I wiped off as much as I could, but fear some will get flung onto brake disc. Will test tomorrow & report back, assuming I'm not in A & E.....

It does fling quite well, so I'd try cleaning it a bit more if I were you !

I know someone who covered his complete bike in ACF50 including the brake discs. Surprisingly he didn’t die and took a lot of convincing to clean it off!

I swear it tells you how and where to apply on the bottle?

But after using ACF50 for many years I would rather suggest trying XCP rust protection for a better result

Just read the instructions

I’ve just used re-acf-50’d my bike.A tip would be to warm your spray bottle beforehand-I did,for about 15 minutes-it thins it out nicely.
I bought a flairosol fine mist spray bottle and it goes on really easily Flairosol Fine Mist Spray Bottle - White https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00LTW2ZHO/ref=cm_sw_r...
Oh and remember that acf 50 has a shelf life of about two years.I didn’t realise and wondered why it wouldn’t thin and was blocking up my previous spray bottles!

I used to use ACF50 but recently changed to Bilt Hamber Atom-mac.

You can dilute it with water, and can be used on discs too so no worries about getting it on them.

Just spray it on after a wash then let it dry naturally.

To be honest I tend to put a little in a bowl and use a very long paint brush that way you waste much less
