Any Northern bikers make this yesterday? What a superb day! 4 organised rides from various locations (including Rivington Barn and Devil's Bridge) meeting up and Winfields of Haslingden's carpark, then v.slow cruise down the A56 (8 bikes abreast! sore clutch hand!) and into Rawtenstall. It was estimated there were about 10,000 bikes! What a sight that must have been for all the people stood on the bridges over the road.
Just being part of it felt great. Can't wait til next year!

If anyone's interested this year's show is on Sunday 21st September. Ride-ins start at Rivvy Barn, Devil's Bridge and Sqire's Cafe, with a mass one from Winfields of Haslingden.
