yeah i remember that.... did anyone watch the build off special with jessie james, pjd and occ?
my opinions from it:
- junior is a decent builder. just wish he would do theme bikes all the time...
- senior is passed it. occ arent much without junior...
- jessie james an arrogant, rude, pretentious, squeeky voiced prick. he makes nice bikes tho.

Everything was settled ages ago they probably both realised that if they kept argueing (sp?) they would both go belly up looking at some recent shows they seem to be getting on fairly well again and have even participated in some build offs together
Orange County Choppers no longer owns its nearly 100,000-square-foot glass-and-steel headquarters on Crossroads Court after turning the deed over to a lender. One of Paul Teutul Sr.'s companies, Orange County Choppers Realty, handed over the property deed to GE Commercial Finance Business Property Corp., in late December. The same day, GE leased the property back to Teutul for a seven-year term ending Dec. 31, 2018, with an option to extend for another three years.
The transaction prevented Choppers from losing the building to foreclosure. GE began the foreclosure process in 2010, after the business missed mortgage payments. Choppers had two mortgages with GE, one for $11 million and another for $1.5 million.
The "consideration" GE provided in return for the deed was $17.2 million, according to papers filed with Orange County in February. The figure may include forgiven mortgage principal, interest and penalties.
Richard Mahon, a lawyer for Orange County Choppers, declined to comment, citing attorney-client privilege.
Specific details of the lease — including monthly payments — will not be disclosed, said GE spokeswoman Nancy Nyikes.
The Orange County Industrial Development Agency had provided a 10-year payment in lieu of taxes agreement for the building, which opened in April 2008. The PILOT was reinstated after the transfer, said Philip Crotty, the agency's attorney.
The IDA was listed as a defendant in GE's foreclosure action against the Choppers.
"It's all put to rest," Crotty said.

I'm planning on being in NYC for my birthday this year....a visit to OCC is well and truly on the agenda.
As a tip, to convince the other half if necessary, suggest going to the Woodbury Commons Outlet Mall, it's an hours drive north of Manhattan. OCC just happens to be a further 20 mins up the road in Newburgh, coincidentally... peteO said:

with OCC finishing, last season on tv I would hope that PJD continued as it's own show and they spend more time on builds then the soap opera it turned intomy opinions from it:

It has gone better, went down hill from about season 4-5. but having watched last years and now enjoying this year i'm ashamed to say I will miss it.
I am looking forward to the OCC, PJD, jessy james (tt) and Gas monkey build off at the end of this season.

Thanks for the info never knew the specifics at least he had the sense to deal with the lenders rather than risk losing everythingOne of Paul Teutul Sr.'s companies, Orange County Choppers Realty, handed over the property deed to GE Commercial Finance Business Property Corp., in late December.
