Any PHers involved in moto x riding ?

I went for a day with yamaha off road experiance thing.
Was a very good day. got to try three different bikes
all 4 stroke, there were 2 250s and my favorate the 450.

after such a great day getting loads of air and sliding all over the place, I want to know how to get in to it more .

Are there open sessions at tracks ?

is there any where that i can get some proper one on one lessons ?

Any advice on what bike to get as a complete beginner ?

Basicly any advice or experiance to share on Moto X ??

I did it as a kid but progressed to the road, then as finances allowed into Road Racing. However I now appear to have gone the full circle and knocked racing (well road racing ) and even riding on the road (on a sports bike) on the head (nearly) Now days I've got right into Enduro or Trail Riding, the bikes are basically road legal (ish) crossers and you aren't restricted to tracks IMO it more fun, less competitive, safer, but more knackering than MotoX.

My best advice would be get down the newsagents and buy a copy of Trials and Motocross News (every friday newspaper similar to MCN) or Dirtbike Rider (magazine format) then have a look round for tracks doing open testing, else buy a bike, get out on those green lanes and teach yourself
