S3 touring in Spain... fantastic tool for scratching the Pyrenees! Replaced written off 2001 version with the new 2002 one - new engine is fantastic, though doesn't sound quite as good.

Hey I like top boxes! Mind you this is coming from a pillion perspective. A topbox is ideal so that you can sit on the back with your hands on your knees. Without the topbox you get to hold onto that wonderful bar behind your @rse that really helps in hard acceleration . remember Pillion rider do it without control

Eh? Who would bring a girlfriend on a trash around the Pyrenees - far too much weight and nagging! :-)

As sjm said, I don't know how to post a pic, so you'll have to imagine a pic of my bike below (yellow/purple blade or a red vfr800).

Carzee, how ya doing ?
It's me - John - from last weekend

Oh and a woman on yer back around the twisties is fine - just ask the wife !
We've been through the Alps to Italy two up on the blade, and to Budapest on the VFR, and she loves it.
Also done Scotland and France a fair few times (going again next weekend !)

Anyway, how the hell do I post a pic ???

Cheers,
John.
