Z4 Insurance

Can anyone offer advice on good insurance for a Z4? Not just the cost, but good cover, e.g. excess etc. I'd like to keep the cost of my Escort down too, will some companies apply my NCD to both cars if I'm the only driver?

Grateful for any advice. Need to decide on the Escort this week.

Cheapest for me this year was Bell Direct, followed by Elephant/Adrian Flux/Direct line. S2000 (group 20), so comparable to a Z4 3.0 in insurance terms.

Also try esure.
They've been the cheapest so far my my upcoming 3.0 Z4...

BMW insurance did mine - can in by far the cheapest last year. £680 all in for a 28 year old.

Thanks very much for the suggestions. I went with Bell Direct in the end (TF Bell, as was, used to insure the TVR years ago). BMW Insurance were cheaper, but Bell gave me the same discount on my Escort as well.
