I'm having a few old probs with my e28 and the porousness (is that a word?) of it's floorplan and footwell. I desperately need to get it sorted asap, spoken to Fritz's Bits, I'm fine with them doing it but they are in Somerset and I am not (St Albans), so........does anybody know of a decent car repair/restorer in the herts area, or even somewhere that's just a bit closer than Somerset, any suggestions appreciated, (I mean ones that don't just say scrap it, it's far too good for that)
A couple of places I've used in the past:
Railway street in hertford, behind Herts East train station. Can't remember the name.
For the Elise, I used a place in Bishops Stortford. Very good and also complete work for insurance companies. I'll get the name and post tomorrow (memory withstanding).
