Thinking about a used 7.. advice??

Get one with significantly less than 100k miles if you can, and buy from a dealer with the used car warranty.
They're great cars, but horribly expensive when they go wrong and the warranty can potentially end up paying for itself pretty quickly. Don't be put off by that: I think I definitely was unlucky with mine but with commonplace items like fuel and water pumps costing something like 400 and 300 quid respectively to replace, it's worth the peace of mind.
I'd also suggest going for the 740 over the 735 - the extra power is worth it IMHO.
