ooooh... by the way, it was 37K plus change ... and the rather extensive spec is....
Sapphire Black metallic - Beige Leather Montana, Automaticgearbox, Dynamic Stabilitiy Control III, Multi function for steering wheel, Alarm system, M Sport´s package, Hardtop preporation, Winddeflector, Hood Black, Foot mats in velour, Warning triangle and first-aid kit, Interior mirrors with anti-dazzle function, Seat adjustment electric with memory for driver´s seat, Sport seats front, Heated front seats, Headlamp washer system, Park Distance Control (PDC), Rainsensor, Xenonlights, Climate control, TV tuner, Navigation system, CD changer, Hifi-System Harman/Kardon, M body kit, “Shadow Line”, Inlay “Alu black cube”, Individual white side indicator lights, Alloy wheels V-Design
Seems a bargain to me! not a quick as my MR2, but a bit more substantial!

Nice one Andy Mac!
I'm 2 weeks into owning a new M3 vert (well, 51 reg), mine's specced to the eyeballs too, carbon black with black leather. It's an ex. BMW demo car so it's easier to list the options it hasn't got - it hasn't got the electric rear blind - otherwise it's got the lot, sat nav, tv, 19's, heated seats, folding mirrors, hard top, wind deflector, bluetooth etc etc. You get the idea!! I'm just glad to see someone else has that new car buzz....it's hard to explain to non-petrol heads. My mate's got the 330ci vert too, and it was the driving force behind me selling my E36 M3 vert - just soooo smooth and quick. I'm actually shocked by HOW much more power, speed and road prescence the new one has. Not much different on paper, but in the real world a whole different ball game.
Have to keep trying not to grin when getting petrol, had to push through a crowd of about 10 teenagers the other day when I stopped to grab a paper....came out and they'd surrounded the car....maybe very superficial of me to have enjoyed that as much as I did - but what the hell!
And go for the Hamman Supercharger kit....okay, so it's £9500 for the M3, not sure about the price for the 330ci...but gotta be worth it!
