E30 M3 AC Schnitzer gear knob Q

Hi all, My M3 came with a leather AC Schnitzer gearknob. It looks pretty much brand new, just a complete leather knob and gaiter with the AC logo embossed into it (not a crap stick on thingy)

I'm not a fan of it and was thinking of either selling it (I think it fits any BMW gearstick?) or seeing if anyone fancies swapping it for a clean original E30 M3 gear knob. Any ideas how much one of these AC jobbies would cost new? or who supplies them?

If it is real ACS then they are about £110, but there is a zillion and one replicas out there for about £40 on ebay.

BMW gearknobs are all the same, fits one, fits em all.

Well, I think its genuine, how do I tell?
It doesn't look like the nastly bling bling ones I see on Ebay all the time.
