Donuts and SMG box ...

Purely in the interests of science of course
Is it possible to do donuts from a standing start with the SMG gearbox? If so, what is the best methodology to employ?

surely you just put full lock on, 'pull' it into first, disable the DSC (or whatever it's called) and feed in a good stab of power. As the power brings the back end round, wind the lock the other way and begin clicking your way up the box.....

Why trash your own tyres though? Seems like a monkey's trick to me? Trash them on a track instead - far more impressive - unless you like large ICE and 'cruising'.
