Hello,

While "trying" to park the wife's car this evening I managed to catch the very bottom tip of the passenger side front bumper/skirt on a 3 brick high wall(et)!

It is now hanging a low, the fog light has popped out of its holding the rubber beading between the body work and the inner plastic wheel arch over has come out and the wheel arch plastic cover is hanging loose.

Is this some thing I can fix (bearing in mind that I cannot even park her car!) Or is it likely to be a body shop fix? Additionally, any idea on cost?

There is no broken plastic that I can see, more like it all jumped out of its various clips and stuff (I am hoping)

Any thoughts, ideas, recommendations?

TIA

get a local bodyshop to do it for you - the only way you can do this is to take the entire bumper off and put it back on properly - you may have damaged one of the 'sacrifical' mountings that collapses in mid-speed impacts.

Thats what I figured. Any recommendations on a good and reasonable body in the Sussex/Surrey area? I doubt if I will be claiming it via the insurance.

TIA
