BMW factory sports suspension

Hi,

Would anyone be able to tell me the exact specification changes in suspension you get when ordering the factory "sports suspension" on a new 3-series (sedan)? The (Dutch) documentation from the dealers is minimal. Thanks for your help.

Cant tell you the exact ins and outs but the springs are stiffer, the struts (?) are different and it lowers it by about 10mm.

quite firm but not too firm

Thanks for your reply Scooby. I did actually do the test run in cars with and without and much prefered the sports suspension. I was just curious wich parts were being replaced and if there were additional changes such as in the suspension geometry and steering rack. Thanks for now.
