E46- WHEELS

HELLO EVERYONE,

Hope you all having a good Christmas and happy new year to all. Anyway I need some advice as to which set of new alloys will look the part. I've got a bog standard 01Y E46 318 saloon in Steel Blue. I'm thinking the of the usual Breyton Vision/ Inspiration, Hamann HM2, Hartge etc. or chromes? Dunno whether to go for 18s or 19s though? Will 19s invalidate the warranty and mean loadsa tramlining and a very harsh ride, or is the difference not noticeable? I think tyres have to be Michelin Pilot Sports? Has anyone has any ideas? If anyone is selling a set of the sort let us know.

All a bit bling for me, but I got a nice set of original BMW 18" MV Sport wheels (with tyres) from ebay for £800. The 18" MV2 wheels are also very nice (the Missus has them on a 325Ci Sport). If you decide on BMW wheels then I'd def. recommend a sniff around on ebay as there are some good deals on new/unmarked original BMW items, just watch out for the people flogging crappy replica wheels. As for tyres, Michelin Pilot Sports I can recommend, although they're a bit pricey they do have good wear rates.
