I've looked across the web and searched the entire Gassing station but have not found an answer to this:

What is the anticipated release date of the new 3-series?

Having seen the X3 released and coming up for a new company car I think this info will be interesting.

Not for a few years yet, probably 2005 ?

BMW seem to operate in 7-8 year cycles (E30 1983, E36 1991, E46 1998) so I would estimate 2005 for the saloon, and 2006 for the coupe and M3/M4. (Depends on competition etc though)
