Thanks Ian - that's a stunner. First ever beemer I'd be seen alive in! Just a little more power to give 0-60 in less than 5 secs would be nice though!

Ah but it's a beemer - the base spec may be cheap but extras will start with an ashtray for £50 and be as long as your arm.

Dont be silly you now get air con, alloys, decent stereo, electric windows and even cruise on a 316 - BMW were forced to get real about 2 years ago.
