Leasing a E46 M3? Advice!

I am now convinced to go for a new M3. I will be leasing the car via my own VAT registered Ltd company. Any one doing this already and can recommend a company I should use for the lease. The quotes ive had so far are from £795 pm to £1150!! Is it just me or are these really dear cars to have?
Why not look at buying it, not leasing?
You would avoid the painful tax and increase your earnings to match the cost per month and extra income tax etc...I would check with your accountant but that is the most common way directors and senior staff are purchasing at the moment.
Also with high residuals why pay out all that a month, just to hand it back at the end?
