Isn't this rather cheap for a 45K RHD M5?
Unless it's a accident damaged one.

Sounds about right - we bought ours from a main dealer last year for £30K with 60K miles. I assume this one doesn't have any of the toys, e.g. satnav, DSP and I think PDC was an option on the early cars. The wheels look like they've been refurb'd and lost their dark coating, tho'. And i'd be a little wary about the warranty - we had some engine problems which required the use of the std. BMW used car warranty
Looks a bit ropey to me. The wheels alone would make it a no no for me. Anything wheel that's been kerbed enough to need a repaint, and in standard silver, is not good IMHO. Also, as said before, an M5 really needs a full BMW warranty.
I bought mine last year with 29.5k miles on the clock and have done 11k more since, with no probs, including a trip to the Ring. Just a shame that some people have had bad experiences with them.
It uses a bit of oil 400ml per 1000 miles, but nothing too serious.
I love it

Don't know - might not have the car in a couple of months .. it's great, but not that great. Oddly enough I reckon my previous 528i Sport was 90% of the car that the M5 is! Ok, so the M5 is quicker, but it's nowhere twice as much fun as you'd expect with twice the power. Not sure what it is - the slow transmission, heavy feeling as you chuck it around, vague steering .. don't know. The only problem is - I reckon I got such a good deal on this car, what on earth could I replace it with! Was thinking of an RS4....
Scoobys are everywhere. I'm sure they are great cars, but I just couldn't own one. Evo's are a little nicer looking and I reckon that's what i'd buy if I was into 4WD turbo cars - trouble is that i've been spoiled by being in a 996 turbo far too often . And anything else is just a poor relative. Having said that, I used to have an Integrale which was fantastic.
I've been so close to buying an Audi for ages that it just seems like i'm doomed to buying one sooner or later, and if it's one thing they make lots of, it's fast estate cars, which is pretty much what I need now with two kids.
