E36 Stalling...?? - Part 2

I thought I would just drop you all a note to update those responding to my question awhile ago regarding the irratic idoling when cold. Well I tried the ICV, it was a bit sticky and a good soak in petrol helped a treat. This however didn't cure the fault. I finally submitted and took it to my local dealer, BMW Vines @ Gatwick, they ran some diagnosics and confirmed my worst fears - VANOS!
However, after a couple of days the fault was fixed, and the inital price quoted £700+ had been reduced to a final bill of £345 all in So I'm happy with that! And can now sell it....
