Now I'm under no illusions here, I know they're rot boxes.
But, I've always been tempted by the idea of one of these as a daily classic (garaged, low miles, obviously).

Opinions please.........

I don't see why not! I own a CSL and it is a very reliable and comfortable car and if, like me, you like driving something a bit different it is a great decision. I think the only issues would be how it would stand up to every day year round use - as you know they do rot before your eyes but this shouldn't be a problem if you found one that was in very good order and you antirusted it extensively underneath.
Personally i don't use my csl through the winter because it is simply too perfect to let the salt at it (it was a 5 year lottery number restoration!)
If it was me i think i would rather buy a cheaper CSi to use everyday and not worry as much!
