E46 325Ci Brake upgrade

Hi.
Is it possible to upgrade my standard factory brakes on my 2001 E46 325Ci to E46 M3 discs and calipers? Is it just a straight swap for discs, caliper, pads, wear sensor or is it more complicated with wheel hubs (and therefore wheel offset), ABS issues ?
Any help/advice will be most appreciated.
I want to do all four brakes, and most big brake upgrades are simply too expensive for me to do all round. My current brakes look so weedy behind the 19" AC Schnitzer rims
