Historic/Classic BMW needed for Wedding in Hull

Would anyone with a Historic or Classic BMW be interested in parading it at a wedding in Hull? Otherwise do you know where I might find one?

My fiancée and I are getting married in Sutton upon Hull (little village outside Hull) on June 30th, and would very much like to have a Historic BMW as our wedding car.

I am a big BMW fan, owning and maintaining 3 cars. Unfortunately however, my 'collection' is not currently graced with anything particularly old, dignified and grand, the oldest car being a 1991 E36 320i. The flagship of my collection is my 330Ci ///M Clubsport in Estoril Blue. A beautiful car, but not really right as a wedding car.

I have scoured the internet trying to find a wedding car company with historic BMWs, but unfortunately have been unsuccessful!

I did have my heart set on a 502, but unfortunately I doubt I’ll find one as they are so rare, especially in this country.

I know this is a lot to ask, but if you don’t ask you don’t get! I know that if someone asked me to drive my Clubsport at their wedding I'd leap at the opportunity because I'm so proud of it.

Please contact me if you think you might be able to help. We would of course be prepared to pay for the priviledge.

Post something on the BMW Owners Club site or go onto Classic and Sportscar to find an owner. Good Luck!

Yes I have already posted on the BMW Owners Club forum under the Historic section and the North East Section. Unfortunately the forum doesn't seem very active. The best response I've had is on BMWLand.co.uk, but no one with classics or historics unfortunately.

I'll try Classic and Sports Car.

The other option is to contact the BMW Owners Club direct and ask who is on the register with a pre 1970's car in or close to where the wedding is going to happen. The its upto you to persuade the owner to help make your special day even more memourable.
