Keep RFTs - new dampers?
Discussion
Hi
still not convinced by the ride quality of my m535d touring over rough surfices.... but the wife likes the idea of being able to drive home on the RFTs if she gets a puncture with the kids in the car...
are there any options for compensating for the RFT stiffness in terms of suspension? any recommendations for new shocks that may help? also, are there any independent specialists who may have some words of wisdom on this?

I hate them with an absolute passion and ditched them on my 535d, also ditched them on our 120d.
You can fit a spacesaver in the back so why not??
If you really want to keep them put Pilot Sport 2 ZP tyres on, these are so, so, so much better than any other run flat, but not cheap, looking at around £900 for 4.
