E46 318 Airbag light

My e46 318's airbag light remains on all the time, I did a search on the internet and found that so many errors can cause this fault.... any one has clue that how to reset it????

Youre going to need to go to a dealer or indie to have the fault memory checked and cleared.If the fault is current/permenant then the fault will need to be fixxed first.

I took the car today to a BMW specialist! the computer reads this error code:
Error 19 : passenger seat Occupancy recognized.
He tried several times to reset it but after seconds it agains goes off...
I think one of those 2 sensors under the seat is broken

The seat mat has gone open circuit or the little black box under the seat (size of a match box)has failed.
